Players within 100 points of the rating floor of a higher section may play up for an additional $5.

December 2025 USCF Regular ratings will be used for section eligibility, pairings, and prize eligibility.
Other ratings may be used if higher. The decision of the Chief Tournament Director regarding eligibility, rating adjustments, conversions, unofficial ratings, or other rating issues is final.
A maximum of two half-point byes are available. Half-point byes must be requested no later than 30 minutes before the round starts for rounds 1-2. Half-point byes for rounds 3-4 must be requested before the start of round 2 and may not be revoked after round 2 starts.
Boards, sets, AND clocks will be provided for all sections.
Prizes: $400 Prize Fund (based on 40 paid entries, will increase if more):
1800+: 1st -- $80, 2nd -- $60, 3rd -- $35
1400-1800: 1st -- $60, 2th -- $40, 3rd -- $25
U1400: 1st -- $50, 2th -- $30, 3rd -- $20
Non-USCF: Trophies to Top 3
Round timings:
Rd 1: 9:00 am
Rd 2: 11:15 am
Rd 3: 2 pm (30 minute lunch break)
Rd 4: 4:15 pm
Entry Fees:
$20 for 1800+, 1400-1800, and U1400 by Thursday night 11:59pm and $25 on Friday or Saturday
$10 for Non-USCF by Thursday night 11:59pm and $15 on Friday or Saturday
Free entry for any GM/WGM/IM/WIM/FM/WFM and $5 for NM
No prize deduction for FIDE-titled players if entered on or before December 4th (Thursday) 11:59pm
$20 deducted from FIDE-titled players' prize winnings if entered after December 4th (Thursday) 11:59pm
Re-entry: Players may re-enter after 1st or 2nd round with half-point byes for previous rounds.
Re-entry fees: $5 after round 1 or round 2.
